I ordered this bike rack from Will. It works very well. You can carry two bikes and the front tires (see picture). I can install the rack in under a minute.
The kit is well designed and I got good service from Will. The kit requires that you also purchase a Thule bike rack. Thule makes very good products.
The installation was pretty difficult. It involves drilling holes in your bumper mounts and the Thule bike rack (and making them line up). If you're a competent craftsman you won't have any problem. The instructions say to use a Thule 927 or 928. I used the 927, but in retrospect I think the 928 would have worked better.
It can also be used as a luggage rack. In these pictures, I used bungee cords to strap a duffel bag to the bike rack for a road trip.
